THIS SPECIAL ART PIECE IS A MEMBER OF THE MILLICENT STATE COLLECTIBLE PAINTINGS and was created during the Millicent van voyage across the U.S. during which I am aim to capture the horizon from each of the 50 states in the grand an beautiful United States.

The art pieces on this journey were produced on a plein air easel passed down from my mother, Gail Palpant, who used the easel many years and during one notable summer painting in Monet’s gardens in Giverny, France. It’s a special joy to continue this valuable artistic tradition.

My hope is that this painting will bring you as much joy as it did to me during the creation process.
